Four Questions to Change Your Life
Tuesday, June 24, 2008
Guest: Byron Katie
I have interviewed a lot of amazing people in the last few years, but this one truly amazed me. I felt paradigms shifting as I spoke with Byron Katie, Author of Loving What Is. The conversion experience that she had, which clearly must have been an enlightenment of some sort, comes through her, even as we spoke on the phone, thousands of miles apart.
I hope it comes through to you too on this podcast. She is an extraordinary woman with a clear and simple approach to shattering illusions.

Learn the Art and Science of Manifestation
Thursday, June 05, 2008
Guest: Robert Fritz
Robert Fritz has developed, one of the most powerful and practical systems for applying the mechanics of creating anything you want: A work of art, a relationship, a career or a better life.
Robert is the creator of the DMA course for manifestation you've all been asking me about. I took his course in the early 1980's and to this day still use his techniques, because they work.
I urge you to check out his audio book "Creating" which is now available for download on Theatre of the Mind. This innovative and original work is not a re-hash of anything you've read before. It is a must-listen-to if you are working at bringing an important vision or dream into reality.

Healthy Grieving
Monday, April 14, 2008
Guest: Joe Stinson
If you are dealing with the loss of a friend or loved one, the loss of a job, your health or the loss of anything you valued, this podcast addresses the symptoms of grief and how to move through the process in a healthy, positive way.
I recently lost two people I loved this year, within only a few months of each other. Before I had a chance to recover from the first loss--my beloved father-in-law, the second one loomed heavily- my step mom of 30 years just died of pancreatic cancer. I meditated at her bedside as she passed. When she left her body, spirit passed through all our hearts in a wave of love. It is an experience I will cherish always.
As I observe myself through this process, I continue to discover gifts. Gifts of life and gifts of death.
Here are personal notes from sessions with Grief Councilor, Joe Stinson featured in this show. He can be reached for private phone sessions at: 650-757-1300

Everything You Need to Know to Feel God/Good
Sunday, May 13, 2007
Guest: Dr. Candace Pert
Candace is most famous for her work as a researcher involved the discovery of opiate receptors. This discovery and others are explored in her book "Molecules of Emotion." She is an internationally recognized psychopharmacologist who, until recently, held a research professorship in the department of physiology and biophysics at Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. She has published more than 250 scientific articles and has lectured worldwide on pharmacology, neuroanatomy, and her own leading-edge research on emotions and the bodymind connection.
Enjoy!
Show overview
Kelly and Dr Candace Pert discuss the body-mind system, and feeling good. They begin with the "G" word – God – and Dr Pert says that she believes that God is Candacethe summation of how the natural laws of the universe operate, with peace and harmony. We're hard-wired for bliss, which is both physical and divine: our body makes its own natural opiates, the endorphins. "Everything You Need to Know to Feel Go(o)d" is the title of Dr Pert's new book.
Dr. Pert tells Kelly about her own journey. Dr. Pert developed a guided imagery CD, "Psychosomatic Wellness: Healing Your Bodymind", with music for the chakras. It turns out that the chakra locations align with our body's major peptide-manufacturing locations where nerves are clustered in interchanges. The CD's listeners report that their lives have changed quickly, as they have with Brain Sync's CD programs: brain and body harmonizing music and meditations help your body-mind to both heal and learn on the deepest levels.

Achieving Your Ideal Life
Sunday, January 21, 2007
Guest: Marc Allen
What's your ideal life? In this inspiring podcast, Kelly chats with multi-millionaire publisher, entrepreneur, and author Marc Allen about how you can achieve your ideal life by means of "big picture thinking". Marc believes that few people ever take the time to do this, and those who do, achieve what they set out to do.
Marc provides the complete steps for this. You imagine what your life is like in your ideal scene in five to ten years from now, and then develop a list of goals which will make this scene a reality. Marc did this when he was 30, without a job, and succeeded in his goal of owning a thriving publishing company. Each goal is supported by an affirmation. A plan for achieving your goals will emerge, when you keep affirming "success with ease."
Kelly suggests that visualizing your ideal scene, using affirmations and feeling is the law of attraction at work. Marc believes that this is so, saying that the Subconscious always agrees the Universe always says "Yes!" and this is why affirmations work so well.
This podcast will give you the information you need to make that ideal scene a reality, so you can create the life you really want the life you were born to have.
